Well-located, great executive club staff, safe pool. Happy with service, birthday getaway was a good spot to enjoy. Two rooms ordered in the morning, accommodated upon arrival. Helpful service staff, even with online name change request. Stylish, awesome, integrated part of Galaxy resort. Spacious bathroom, splendid views, professional staff. Comfy bed, fun water world facilities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel had its own swimming pools, including a massive pool that was great for the kids. The location in the newer Galaxy area was perfect, as it was close to the water park and provided easy transportation, including a shuttle that ran every 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a free guide book and an upgrade to a corner suite on the highest floor. The view from the suite was breathtaking, and we also enjoyed the convenience of a 24-hour gym. it was the best hotel experience we've had.

Luxurious stay with exceptional amenities We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities fulfilled our exclusive needs. the Spa & wellness center was outstanding with its aqua park, heated swimming pool, and sauna. the massage and facial services were top-notch, and we enjoyed relaxing in the steam room and spa lounge. the private facilities and location advantages were exceptional.
Minor issue with the room door the only minor issue we encountered was the room door automatically locking, which took time to contact the staff. Despite this, the prompt help from the manager and fruit basket and desserts provided as a gesture of apology was a nice touch.
